The world today has become symbolic of barbarism,
disparity, and wars and is turning anti peace. These
scenarios are over hyped by the use of yellow journalism
and nepotism. Fortunately there are still some people
which do not believe in profit, religion, classes
and work for the betterment of humanity beyond barriers.
These people later turn into valuable assets of humanity
and brotherhood and help the needy and underprivileged
at times of natural and manmade calamities.
Lokseva Welfare Trust was established as a result
of one such discussion between our groups of friends
who are now the founder members of the trust. Inaugurated
on the auspicious occasion of Diwali on the 28th of
October 2008, Lokseva brought a ray of hope with the
festival of lights by organizing free medical camps
for the underprivileged locals of Mira Road a place
in Thane district of Maharashtra.
Chairman of the trust Mr. Sarafaraz A. Khan says,
I always wished to see people getting primary education
as I was deprived of it. But instead of providing
them with primary education I believed that they would
progress more if they were given primary computer
education. And that is when after organizing a couple
of free medical camps, we finally started Computer
Classes for the backward class, children and women
on the 1st of November 2009.
He further states, This website would provide an
insight into the working of the organization, which
is highly transparent and appropriately oriented.
I take this opportunity to thank all the members of
the staff who are participants in our endeavor, through
whom alone we can and we would translate the ideals
set by the founder members and cherished by all of
us together.
Our
Mission
To spread literacy to the underprivileged thus help
them gain knowledge and fostering a spirit of oneness
among the emerging youth through education. Establishing
skill development training centres for promoting self-employment
in backward areas and undertaking social welfare works,
mainly for backward class, children and women.

We thrive to spread awareness and knowledge to the
entire nation making India a global phenomenon in
terms of health, literacy, technology and overall
development.
